Both vitamin D and calcium help strengthen bones, teeth, and muscles. Additionally, Aptamil milk contains vitamin B, which helps provide energy to the body and strengthen the nervous system.

How to use:
• Wash your hands and sterilize all utensils.
• Boil fresh water and let it cool in the kettle for 30 minutes.
• Measure the required amount of water into a sterilized bottle (approximately 210 ml of water).
• Always use the provided measuring scoop.
• Add 7 scoops of Aptamil powder to 210 ml of pre-boiled water to prepare one feed.
• Cover the bottle and shake it immediately, vertically and vigorously, for 10 seconds to dissolve the powder.
• Ensure the milk is at the right temperature for your baby by placing a few drops on your wrist.
More information:
• Avoid using the microwave to prepare or heat the milk.
• Do not reuse water that has been boiled multiple times.
• Use the milk powder within 4 weeks of opening.
• Wash the feeding bottle, teat, and ring thoroughly after each use to ensure they are completely clean from any previous residue.
• Use the prepared milk within one hour.
